Fiber Optics

The Port of Quincy has a massive amount of dark fiber and fiber optics capacity and infrastructure via two wholesale providers and five retail providers (see map below).  According to Northwest Open Access Network (NoaNet), "There is a substantial fiber optics  infrastructure at the Port of Quincy, with more than 20 miles of fiber to and around the Quincy area.   The fiber capacity can support the needs of a multitude of new technology-based tenants (such as data centers) on the Port's properties.  The Port of Quincy's industrial properties are well-served with fiber, which makes it a uniquely attractive location for tech-based companies."

Water Treatment

The Port of Quincy has a state-of-the-art industrial water treatment system (through the City of Quincy) with plenty of capacity for industrial and food processing facilities of all sizes and which is readily available at the Port's industrial parts to accommodate a wide variety industries, manufacturers, companies and businesses.
