Since acquiring the Quincy Community Center and Heartland Pharmacy buildings in 2015, the Port of Quincy has been making improvements to create a multi-use facility that supports both public and private meetings and conferences as well as offers space for community members to gather with family and friends.
Quincy Business & Event Center Main Hall
The Main Hall at the Quincy Business & Event Center is a multi-use space designed for private and corporate events. Rental of the Main Hall facility includes use of the kitchen, coat closet, private restrooms and our inhouse supply of tables and chairs. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis once both a Rental Application and Event Deposit have been received.

Quincy Business & Event Center Meeting Rooms

Conference Room $30/hrThe Conference Room is the smallest of the three meeting spaces at the QBEC. Comfortably seating 6, this space offers a comfortable yet professional setting for small meetings.

Board Room $40/hrThe Board Room consists of a large meeting table that comfortably seats 8 along with audience seating. Additional seating and tables are available to customize the Board Room to fit your meeting needs.

Meeting Room $40/hrThe Meeting Room is perfect for trainings or other meetings where a classroom style arrangement is needed. The Meeting Room can be closed in the middle creating two smaller rooms for breakout sessions or other small group meetings.
